Appeal template for a disabled or suspended account
Appeals work when they are short and specific: who owns the account and why it did not break the rule cited.
Template
Account: @[username] ([URL])
Owner: [full name / company], [country]
My account was [disabled / suspended] on [date] for [stated reason]. I believe this was a mistake:
- The account is operated by me / our company and represents [brand].
- [Explain the flagged content: our own original content / posted after the account was compromised on (date).]
- The account is now secured with two-factor authentication.
Please review and restore the account. I can provide ID or business documents.

Notes
Quote the platform's stated reason and answer it. If the account was hacked first, say so clearly. Repeating the same appeal does not speed it up. See recovering a disabled Instagram account.

Frequently asked questions
How long do appeals take?
Days to weeks depending on the platform; business support channels can shorten it.
