Erasure request under Turkey's KVKK (template)

If a Turkish site or company keeps processing your personal data, you can ask for erasure under Article 11 of the KVKK; the controller must answer within 30 days.

When to use it

Your name, photo, phone number or other data appear on a Turkish website, forum or company record without consent or after the purpose has ended. The request goes to the data controller, the organisation that publishes or holds the data. Turkish-language requests are processed faster; the text below can be sent in Turkish with an English copy.
