How to report and respond to Google Play reviews
On Google Play, policy-breaking reviews are reported through Play Console, and replies to the rest shape new users' decisions.

Spam, off-topic content, abuse, personal information and incentivised reviews.
Steps
- Open the review in Play Console.
- Report it if it breaks policy.
- For coordinated attacks, document dates and shared traits and contact Play Console support.
- Reply briefly to every negative review with the fix.
