Turkey's KVKK Article 13: applying to the controller
The first step in using KVKK rights is a written application to the controller, which must decide within 30 days, normally free of charge.
What it says
The controller must conclude the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge; if the action involves a separate cost, the Board's tariff may apply. If accepted, it acts; if refused, it gives written or electronic reasons.
